Why are kids so stressed these days and what can we do to help?
This workshop will focus on the increasing pressures kids and teens are facing- keeping up with school, friends, activities and getting into college. We will focus on what kids, families, and schools can do to help address these issues through CBT and family work to navigate this difficult process. We will present case examples of how kids, families and schools have been at odds on these issues and also collaborated to promote emotional health and personal values.
